How to transfer funds within the platform?

Transfer to another platform user

• Go to Transfers and select Transfer inside the platform.
• Fill in the form:
  • Select the account from which the transfer will be made
  • Enter the email of an existing platform user
  • Enter the transfer amount
  • Specify the purpose of the transfer
  • Attach supporting documents
• Click Continue and confirm the transfer by entering the 6-digit code sent via email or an authenticator app if 2FA is enabled.
